As proprietor of Vivili Hospitality Group, Skyler Reeves came onto the Prescott restaurant scene in 2014 with small-town midwestern roots and more than 10 years of big-city experience after opening dozens of venues and managing hundreds of employees in major markets like Los Angeles.

Vivili’s portfolio includes The Barley Hound, The County Seat, La Planchada, Rosa’s Pizzeria and Taco Don’s along with a full-service catering and events company, Hawk & Hound.

Fast forward to today,

Now six restaurants later, the rising restaurateur doubled the size of his business during the pandemic and made national headlines, including on CNN, Fox Business, Financial Times, MSN, Business Insider and TMZ, for his inventiveness with a first-of-its-kind tuition reimbursement program to combat the industry-wide labor shortage. As the largest restaurateur in the area, Reeves is set apart by unconventional thinking and relentless zeal for the industry.

Beyond the grind

When not buzzing around his restaurants, Reeves enjoys mountain biking, traveling and spending time with his two children, Liam and Vivian, the eponyms behind Vivili.
